As a proud resident of the Providence Plantation area for nearly a decade, I truly understand and appreciate everything that makes Charlotte and its surrounding communities such a special place to live —the beautiful weather, strong job market, vibrant social events and easy access to both the beach and mountains.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industries, my journey began as the owner of Stonington Builders in Baltimore, Maryland, where I built more than 100 homes over 15 years. That hands-on foundation gave me a unique perspective on homes — not just as properties, but as thoughtfully crafted spaces where life unfolds.
Since moving to Charlotte, I’ve become one of the Top Producing Real Estate Agents in the Charlotte Metro Area, selling an average of 30 homes per year and over $111 million in real estate in the past six years. In 2023, I proudly launched Carolinas Real Estate Partners — and in our first full year, our team sold over $50 million and was named Coldwell Banker’s #1 team for average sales price.
